Dark Knight Aurora, CO Charity Print

    On 7/20/2012 am incredibly senseless act of violence happened in Aurora,Colorado. I cant say anything that you probably aren't already thinking but my heart goes out to all the families. Reading articles and seeing these crying and emotionally destroyed people sharing the same page with a smiling psycho...It makes me wish a vigilante would start turning up in cases like these. I cant help but feel so sad for so many in Colorado. I'm not looking for attention and this is the first time I have ever done something like this but I have decided that maybe I can help in some way by creating a piece of art and using its profits for charity that will help these families in Colorado. The piece created, portrays Batman's cape draped over a gravestone dated with the occurrence and stamped with the number 16, referencing the Century 16 theater in which this tragedy took place. The Colorado bird is perched on top and the state flower is growing from the ground. It measures 8.5x11 and is an open ended print.  I hope its not in bad taste and is well received. I wanted to create something that was honest but i also wanted to give some hope. Regardless, its what flowed out of me and  profits will be going to charity.
